Last month something pretty amazing happened; my adventure buddy Sarah nominated me for Outdoor Personality of the Year in the upcoming TGO (The Great Outdoors magazine) awards AND I GOT SHORTLISTED!!

And then there’s me. See why it’s amazing I got shortlisted?!
The Awards evening is next Wednesday at the Kendal Mountain Festival and I am beyond excited at the thought of meeting some of these people! Of them, I’ve been to see four of them speaking so to actually meet them is going to be something special!
Voting for the awards closes on Sunday 15th so this is my last beg for votes! If you think I deserve to win amongst this list of high achievers, then please vote for me here; http://awards.tgomagazine.co.uk/tgo-awards/readers-awards-shortlists/
Thank you – unless you vote for Chris Bonington, in which case I don’t blame you (I voted for him) but I’m not thanking you! 😉
